RTE Survey App and Cloud-Based Loss Assessment
To keep abreast of BIG DATA and AI era, we have launched a Survey App and Cloud based Loss Assessment Program called Real Time Efficiency (RTE777) in 2020. RTE777 is a mobile application and web-based solutiondesigned to eradicate the current shortcomings and
inefficiencies in a Real Time & Efficient manners.
RTE777 Survey App focuses on surveying with the aim of accurately and instantly capturing material and relevant information at the time of underwriting and at the time of damage/ loss.

Real Time Underwriting
Enables underwriters to make more informed decision about the scope of policy coverage, premium
charged, loading, applicable conditions and warranties on the insured properties. Consequently, a more satisfied Policy Contract is
formulated for the protection of the policyholder.
- The overall condition of the vehicle (eg modification, pre-existed defects).
- Existence of the vehicle.
- Actual mileages travelled.
- Actual Users.
- Background of insured/ named driver (occupation, age, driving licence).
Real Time Claims Notification
Enables the driver, tow-truck operator, or registered Survey App users to submit the First Notice of Loss at the accident scene.
- Date and time of accident.
- Location of accident.
- Extent of damage to the insured vehicle.
- Visually capture the circumstance of the accident (eg involved TPPD, TPBI).
- Actual driver/ rider of the vehicle.
The Pilot Program for Cloud based Loss Assessment targeted on motorcycles claims
